Are you into Star Wars? Do you like to read or collect Star Wars books, comics, graphic novels, or reference books? Want to know what Star Wars books are scheduled to be out in the future but dont know where to look? Need to track all the Star Wars titles that you own? Are your significant other or children into Star Wars? Then look no further!

If you like Star Wars, you NEED this application!

This app contains information on over 400 Star Wars books - thats just about every Star Wars novel, graphic novel, and childrens book published, and also includes many reference titles regarding the Star Wars universe. And - it does much more than just list out each book - it includes cover images, book details, back cover blurbs, and links to purchase any youre missing.

To personalize the app to your own Star Wars Collection, you can mark books as Owned, Wanted, or Not Wanted, and individually rate each book using a 5 star rating so youll know which ones youd recommend or like to re-read! If you tag a book as Owned, it shows up on your own personal bookshelf right inside the app, so you always know which books you own, right at your fingertips! Now youll never be standing in your local book store wondering if you should buy that great graphic novel that caught your eye - just check to see if you already own it or if its on your Want list - no more guessing about your shopping list!

Heres yet another cool feature youll love - You can sort the lists of novels, graphic novels, childrens books, reference titles, and your own bookshelf by the year that the story takes place within the Star Wars universe! Books are categorized by the number of years Before the Battle of Yavin or After the Battle of Yavin, and then grouped within Star Wars eras (i.e., Rise of the Empire Era, New Republic Era, etc.). This lets you see the whole Star Wars universe timeline from the beginning of the Old Republic Era to the end of the Legacy Era! Other sorting options include, by series, by title, and by release date.

Want to know when new Star Wars books are scheduled to be out but dont know where to look? Sort by release date and all the books with publication dates in the future sort right to the top - perfect for identifying which ones you still need to pre-order! And use the built-in link to pre-order right from the application! And since we love Star Wars as much as you do, when new book titles are release by publishers, an update will be made to the app as soon as possible to include the new additions.

Features:
• Contains information on 400+ Star Wars novels, graphic novels, childrens books, and reference titles
• Shows cover images when available
• Tracks the year in the Star Wars universe in which the story takes place (BBY/ABY)
• Groups books by the Star Wars Era in which the story takes place
• For graphic novels, includes the comic book issue numbers that are collected in the Trade Paperback (when available)
• Tag each book as Owned, Wanted, or Not Wanted
• Rate each book on a Five Star scale
• Track your Owned and Wanted books on your personal bookshelf right inside the app
• Sort by Star Wars Year/Era, Publication date, Title, or Series
• Easily identify new or pre-release titles by sorting by Publication date
• Includes data such as authors, publication date, number of pages, publisher, back cover blurb, and ISBN
• Will be kept up-to-date as new Star Wars books are announced and cover images are released
• Links to order or pre-order books right from the app

Weve worked very hard to include as many novels, graphic novels, childrens books, and reference books in this app as possible. Its possible, however, we may have missed one you own. If you find one we missed, please email us the title, author, and (if you can), the ISBN number, and well get it added in an update.

Pros and cons of Star Wars Books Collector app for iPhone and iPad

Star Wars Books Collector app good for

Very lovely App which really helped me to get a good overview of all my SW Books. However, a little flag in the all-books list would be nice to see which Books i already own compared to those i dont.
Edit: Good job on the updates. Now the only problem I see is that you should remove Imperial Commando 2 and Blood Oath since they are cancelled. Thanks ------------------------------- Previously: Broken links, wrong release dates, false informations, 7 months delayed list, not-user-friendly list making, crashes... This needs a lot of work.
Interesting way to rediscover what I own and keeping tabs on new items I want. Recommended for any SW fan. Looking forward to updates!
I like this app and it is very good-just one thing: black orchid needs to be changed to its new title and it also has a cover now
This is the best reference of books Ive seen. I use it all the time!
This app is great! It is nice to be able to organize the Star Wars books digitally. It is also very handy if you are trying to hunt down Star Wars books when you are in stores so you know which ones to you need. The only problem is that a few of the release dates are wrong, but its not that big of a deal. This is a great app, and I recommend it to any Star Wars eu fan.

Some bad moments

This was a very good app when it was updated, in fact its the only Star Wars app I spent money on. So many new books out now and no updates in over a year. I think the developers have given up on it.
I like this app to catalog my collection, so that I dont accidentally buy dups. My question is I originally entered my collection on my iPad, but just entered some new purchases on my iPhone. How do I get them to sync, so I dont have to re-enter anything? Thanks!
I love this app on my iPhone, but PLEASE bring it to the iPad!!
Its a great app just make sure you keep on updating it as more books are released
Great app! Have been collecting Star Wars books for years and this is a huge help. One thing that would make it even better would be if you could differentiate between paper back and hard cover. Also a way to track the the different covers of the same book would be a big help as well. Last thing that would put it over the top would be a way to submit or enter a book not in the database.
Great to keep track of all my Star Wars books and find the one I want. It needs the new upcoming novels on the app though.
